The production line include double head decoiler, equipped with straightener, washing and drying machine, reflective film laminator, automatic punch press with servo feeding device.
The leveling machine adopts multiple pairs of rollers to level the level, each pair of rollers can be adjusted in the distance, and each pair of leveling rolls has a size record. Only the first adjustment can achieve the best aluminum roll leveling effect.
The work flow as follow:
1- Aluminum strip coil decoiling and straightening
2- Caustic washing and drying before laminating
3- Stick the reflective film on the aluminum strip
4- Auto punching the for blanking with servo feeding device.
5- Get the semi-finished license plate.
